Elisia RayAbout Elisia Ray, massage therapist

I am, Elisia Ray,a licensed massage therapist. I have been a massage therapist for 11 years and enjoy the many results I have seen in my years. My certification was at Healing Arts Institute in Ft. Collins, Colorado where I learned the "Body Insight Technique" which helps people face their internal tensions in a safe, compassionate way by combinding non-invasive bodywork with insight that acknowledges incongruent feelings that cause the tension. I also work swedish, deep tissue and reflexology along with trigger points, muscle movements and stretching.

I have two beauiful children and wonderful husband that keeps me busy in my personal life.

Ron VaughnAbout Ron Vaughn, massage therapist

I have a Bachelor's degree in Exercise & Sports Science from Southwest Texas State University San Marcos and I graduated in 1997 from Austin Schools of Massage in Austin, TX.

Our goal is to provide Austin athletes with simply the best Sports Massage care available anywhere. We believe that Sports Massage enhances all athletic activity and is of proven benefit to athletes of all levels and abilities. Our primary focus is to release muscle restriction which could be caused by scar tissue or just muscle tension. By releasing the soft tissue, the muscle will have the range of motion it needs to repair itself and increase strength.
