Welcome in the New Year
As 2025 fades into the distance, it's time for us to get excited about 2026. Let's not get caught up in the idea of a resolution. Instead focus on reprogramming your thoughts and ideas on health and well-being. Make better choices when it comes to nutrition and preparation of food products. Decide to eliminate or greatly reduce linoleic oils (seed oils) and sugar from your intake. Make a list of quality nutrients prior to going to the grocery store and shop on the outside aisles for the more holistic products, the foods your body can consume and digest properly. The latest statistic is over 70% on Americans are obese. Be the 30%!
Move it so you lose it! Whatever you choose to engage in, something you will be more apt to continue, make it a mission to follow through as often as possible. Don't make excuses for not moving, it's up to you, no one else should care more about your health than you so please find some form of exercise that you enjoy and commit yourself.
Check those relationships
You deserve to surround yourself with like-minded people, people that hold your beliefs and support you entirely. Your time is valuable and who you spend that time with is extremely important.
Your faith is yours and we all should have faith. Practice your faith daily and be positive, in this negative world. If there was ever a time for a gut check, 2026 would be that time. "Life is a journey, enjoy the experience".
